From school homework and projects to core concepts for each grade level, from Kindergarten to 5th grade, we help these students excel in skills such as:

Kindergarten:

  • Early literacy and phonics
  • Basic math concepts and number recognition
  • Writing and fine motor skills development
  • Reading comprehension at the emergent reader level
  • Social skills and following directions

1st grade through 5th grade:

Core Academic Areas:

■ Reading & Language Arts:
  • Phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary building, writing skills, grammar basics
■ Mathematics:
  • Number sense, basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), fractions, word problems, mathematical reasoning
■ Science:
  • Elementary scientific concepts and inquiry skills
■ Social Studies:
  • Basic geography, community helpers, and historical concepts appropriate for the elementary level

Study Skills Development:

  • Organization and time management
  • Following directions
  • Test-taking strategies
  • Homework completion habits

Isabella is in her junior year and has had a wonderful experience. The AP courses are rigorous and well-taught. The college counseling has been helpful in planning for her future. The only suggestion would be more diverse elective options.
